I like it *because* it looks odd :)
I mean, to start with you have a kid with huge hands in a walrus suit. more strange can't hurt :)
unfortunately, I really don't have the cash to start buying Flores toys... :( -

This guy isn't hard to find. He pops up on ebay quite frequently. I've seen it on Amazon too. A little bit of google searching you can probably find it for around 30 dollars.
