it is there, its only integrated with the latest library updates on the front page.
There is a drop down selection from the toy library tab up the top that will show the custom section. If you go to the normal toy library you will not see any customs (that have been tagged as customs)
To add to the custom section, not the main library, you make the type tag "custom" -

What's the deal with the picture not being shrunk in the library? Am I the only one that sees this?

An insanely huge picture I guess? It may have even been a PNG with a transparency background that made things flip out? Who knows!?

Not sure. I guess there was some problem with the file header which defines the dimension of the image.

I think the average price going on ebay is around $180-200.
