theres definitely a gradient in this pic.

although it is worth noting that this formal i picked up has a lime green hat, and it looks like its yellow in this pic.. so maybe chima is just screwin with us ;)

I got this off ebay without the box,
looks great and all of the joints are tight, except the feet ones... unless I stand it up entirely straight they give way...

Have you tried removing the feet and using a thin coat of clear nail varnish in the ball joint? Works well with other threea figures with loose joints

It seems the image is one used on Japanese store sites... they have strict rules over there forbidding the depiction of male and female genitalia even in adult media.
