Yes series 1, leave it with me, I am at a festival till Monday, but the next thing I do will be to update some tags on some more of the Qee section of the library. I also have a load more to upload.

MaquetteCity - the first 'sculpts' i saw were the ones in the first photo, that was the 1st time i had anything 'real' to pick up (it's a heavy resin type material) i presume it was done via some rapid prototyping machine based on the illustrator turn-arounds and 3D renders i had made. I'm in London, the proto was done in the US the toys were made in China....so i was very arms length with this part of the process.

Still pains me to see these...Touma and PI had selected my designs for what was going to be a new series, then there were some licensing issues and the project got shit canned. Bummer.

It was a LONG long time ago now, 2006 - looking back i'd have come it differently - but i was younger and even more stupid.

It was off the back of getting a Trexi in series03 so i was enjoying having a look at these open submission type things.
