To soften the vinyl use a hairdryer. I've never tried it myself (my hair's too short - I don't need a dryer!), but it seems to be the trick on different toy sites.

They really are. I hope they plan to continue the series now that they've laid down the tooling costs. The quality is better than I was expecting for a mini capsule toy as well, especially on the transparent ones.

Capsule toys are becoming very high quality ever since companies like Kitan Club have come on the scene. Cheap and awesome toys!
