It's very difficult to know something about these toys. They have been made especially for the Taipei Toy Festival in 2006 ; each one 12x. Sometimes they are called "Bunee Taipei Festival", sometimes "Bunee Qee Fiesta", sometimes "Grassy"... I couldn't find any photo of mine so I had to put my own one (as you guessed...).
