  :-( Just opened a case of these - and both of these two particular toys had their head snapped off (placed in the middle of the case)

  I only own this one from the series, but it has the head snapped off, just like you described.

  Idea: The pluralis form in the name of the toy indicates that the head is MEANT to be snapped off. That way you can choose the main face yourself? Huh?

  Trexis heads' usually turn. This one must be defective somehow, since that's a couple pieces where it's just snapped right off.

  Odd, I have this one, and mine also arrived with a snapped neck, I just superglued it back on though ;)

  I had 3 off these sent back from customers a few years back with broken necks, the material is really shitty :)
