It's available at the International Wrestling Association in Shinjuku (I believe over-the-counter only). The forwarding service M-World-Service.com is currently offering these for $48 plus shipping – I believe the price is so high because of the commission and the fact they have to go to the store to buy them; you might want to contact them by email.
