I especially like how the seller emphasizes it – "SHIPPING COSTS are set HIGH and are not negotiable, but to welcome LOW BIDS and reduce FV fees."
"welcome low bids", yeah right...
Haven't these sellers heard about eBay excessive shipping costs policy? -

too bad ebay says shipping+handling, so the person can claim parking lot fees and packaging and filling the forms and so on. hands off.

£155 breaks down to ~£15 for shipping of the dunny case, and... £140 for parking lot fees, packaging and filling the forms?!
I don't think so... I'm pretty sure that if this listing is reported to eBay, they'll take it down, as it clearly violates their policy. -

How do you go about reporting a listing? Surely it'd better to start bidding low with a reserve price and an appropriate shipping cost?

if you want to report an item you have to choose from preset options. and overpriced shipping is not there. £140 including person's hourly rate (that bloke is busy) and he has to go there during day:D

Actually this excessive shipping fees may not be a bad deal if you win with a very low bid. I've seen regular auctions fetch higher prices than in this cases.
