Man, this is disappointing. Ardabus has so many great Dunny designs, and I've been saying he deserves a production piece for years. And then this? Google "Ardabus Rubber Dunny" to see what he can really do.

I know exactly what you mean shank. Saw this about 6 months ago and couldn't believe he went with this one.
He had 2 8" customs at dragatomi and I was tempted to buy both.. really hoped that he was gonna do something like what I saw.. oh well. -

I like it, just surprised with the 1/40 ratio, even did a couple of alternative color ways in Photoshop just for fun check my Instagram @zukaty

He mentioned in the KR forum that the name of this dunny is Ruck. Hope someone can update the details. Thanks!

hmm. it is a big chunk of money, but i find it very reasonable for a self produced quality figure at this size.
it looks flawless and there is no single bubble in the clear cast, so i assume vacuum and pressure casting was used here. -

I guess for what you're getting the money seems about right. And i agree that clear resin looks perfect.

I've seen this figure at a local show. It looks absolutely incredible in person, and the artist is a super nice guy to boot. Definitely worth the price fo a large, independently-made, unique figure with clear resin and a great concept.

How big does it look in person, is it quite substantial?
-
Yeah, it's pretty solid. 7" is large for an independently produced toy, and this one is pretty wide as well. There are larger toys out there, but not a lot that are self-produced.
This maybe does not give a great idea of the size, but here is a cool angle https://fbcdn-sphotos-d-a.aka... -

Yeah was thinking it might look pretty wide considering it 7" high. Looks great.

Agree. I find the "NO" strangely appropriate...even though it's not the intention ;)

one of the sickest munny customs i''ve ever seen in real life !

i saw the post on spankystokes about it and was baffled! that dude has sculpting and painting skills, anyone can dream of!
must have taken him countless hours, days, weeks, months even to create him!
every little vein, wrinkle, those nails, the skin tones, everything is PERFECT and SUPER DUPER REALISTIC! he even has a little nasty, elongated tailbone on his backside.... -

Must have looked great in real life was amazed when i saw it on spankystokes too. Was it a custom for a collector?
-

This custom is easily the best I've ever seen. I got to see it in the flesh at ToyConUK earlier this month and the photos do not do not do it justice. Mike is a buddy of mine and his work is unbelievable. He started this early January and had it finished ready for ToyCon.
