I think it is a production piece. On Vinyl Pulse they mention "when it’s released" which suggests they're going to release it.

In case some folks don't know and are interested, Jeff Pidgeon will be at Trickster in Berkeley, CA this Saturday @ 2pm for an in-store signing for the release of this GID Beaver and also will be releasing the green Happy Beaver in his mini Get Lucky Beaver series as well. Apparently, Trickster also has his Anarchy Beaver he designed with Frank Kozik in stock. Hope to see some of you there this Saturday!
