I love the moustache, but hate the eyes. I sold all my Kozik 8" Dunnies bcause of the eyes. Just kept the Redrum chase that hás the Jack eyes.
-
^ I love the Redrum chase!
-
Theres a chase? Are you sure?
-
@dan: i think spenc meant the redrum chase, hu8o was referring to earlier, which has nothing to do with the KR for swatch collection.
http://rotocasted.com/toy/3895/
i don't think, they ever made chases for swatch. -

Thanks K :)

Pretty cool and freaky at same time :P
And already selling at epic prices in Ebay.. ;) -
13 years ago
Careful the ribs are very fragile, already broke one of mine.
I have to complete ones now, both minus the heart. -
13 years ago
I've completed 3, all with hearts. They look so good together I can't bring myself to break them up by trading.
-
blimey, how many cases did you buy?
-
Blahh 2 with no heart's, but they still look awesome.. I have an extra left arm and left leg if anyone is missing them.
-
I have two sets without hearts too :(
-
I need a heart too!!!
-

Should we have two listings for this, one with the heart and one without? Or are you allowed to say you have this one, even if it's incomplete?
-
Yeah, making two listings is a good idea, because a lot of people won't have the Dunny including the heart but still want to add the Dunny without the heart to their collection.
-
I like the second listing idea for sure. I have only bought a few dunny's so I don't have much of this lil guy but I am hoping to get some more pieces soon.
-
good plan on the second listing
-
I disagree with the second listing. I'm sure a lot of people will want to add it to their collection, but the fact remains that if it's not complete, you don't "have it" yet. Work at it, get that final piece, and then feel that much more satisfied when you click the "have" button.
Maybe it's just me, but I have to draw the line at incomplete figures. If you do the second listing, then by the same line of reason, you have to do one listing for each possible combination of pieces a person could have. Ridiculous? Yes. But it makes a strong point about having standards. -
13 years ago
I think you should add individual listings for each part, so you can show your progress without pretending you're done.
-

I had no idea this was a contest. What do we get when we win?
-

I agree with MrPaul. one toy, one listing

Just a quick Query / Point; shouldn't this be called 'Bones' instead of 'Build-a-dunny'? (It's Kronk's dad's nickname!)

Reppin' Leeds FP :P nah, jokes, pricing there is so backwards. And the sales people never smile! How much are they selling blind boxes for couk?
-
Maybe some day..
-
£8 at FP. They don't smile much, but there's a good reason for it. A lot of their more socially uneducated clientèle are enough to wipe the joy from the happiest man alive. They're good people, they are my friends :)
They had 4 or 5 cases to start with, I bought 6 boxes and some were opened for the display stand, I can almost guarantee they still have 2 or 3 sealed cases left, but if I got 2 hunters, the probability of there being more would seemingly be less! -
13 years ago
I might have to sell both of mine to be honest, I have to raise funds for an exhibition :S The collector community is going to brand me a sellout, I know it.
-
I got a couple yesterday, ones I didn't want. Got to stop buying blind boxes! And I can imagine I suppose, what with Twilight being such a prevalent thing in FP stores now. Ugh.
-
They've got to make money somehow, evidently they don't do so well on vinyl. I do love collecting but their selection appears to have been almost completely monopolised by Kidrobot and not a lot else. KR have got some great stuff but there's way better stuff out there and a great deal of the dunny designs leave me a little cold (this one included in my cynical little opinion)
You a Leeds resident too then elissa? -
Agreed. I want more Qees! :) And no, I live in Bradford, but it's poor for shopping, and full of chavs :P
-

This toy really has weak eyes. Looks like they were drawn by a 6 year old kid.
EDIT: I hate the way that stupid Santa beard looks too! -

Just pulled this out of a blind box today :) Huck Gee is coming to do a signing near me so I'll try and get it signed as well!

Dunny holy grail, no doubt
-
Does anyone actually have this?
-
Yes, there is one guy (can't think of his name) that owns every 3 inch dunny. There's a post about him somewhere on the kidrobot blog.
-
It's Nicocato: http://kronikle.kidrobot.com/.... There are only 300 wood Dunnies couting all four variations. Unknown numbers of each kind. This is the rarest. I only have the most common one: http://rotocasted.com/toy/12528.
-

This one feels like plastic not vinyl..

Implying vinyl isn't plastic...
It would be the paint giving you the "plastic" texture imo Feel the white areas and you should feel a variation is surface finish.

it is hard plastic rather than soft vinyl, imagine the transparent Dunnys of the past. I suspect that they are producing much more of the Swatch Dunnys so they used a different manufacturing?

I have seen a few art toys come out in ABS as of late. Are they making the dunny out of ABS now too?

Hard PVC plastic used for the Gumball and other transparent dunnys before. If it is nicely made I don't mind what material it is, though of course I would love for them to be all metal and lasts for years :P
