I think it was under 2K, but it had some definite wear. This was a few years ago, mind you.

Can this be classed as a toy as it's a stool? Discuss :)

That is a good question.
I feel like "vinyl toy" takes on a larger meaning. A stool is not a toy, but then some of the vinyl toys out there are probably close to sculptures. To me, vinyl toy just ends up taking on the definition of a 3D piece of art with some portion of the playful attitudes of childhood, be it cartoony, or imaginative, or like 3A reflecting the age of playing with toy soldiers.
Plus, if I bought this, I would not sit on it. -

I Agree with what DNA has already said. Take for example, the giant 4 foot Kaws dissects, which aren't toys either, but still listed on here. Same could be said for the giant smokin Labbit seats.
I would like to know restrictions to what can be posted also, but I know what you're saying.
I just try to keep it in the Kidrobot world. -

I was reluctant to put it on here at first, but it's Kidrobot and Amanda Visell; it seems like it has to be on here. But this does come pretty close to not belonging.

it has eyes and is playful. It's a toy because you interact in your mind the same way you do with any toy. I would put my Treeson toys on that stool! I love 'em!

Just got some news from Allan:

we will inform you through email when Depressing Love was ready to ship ~" -

I love fools paradise attitude, its like we've had your money for nearly a year, you were supposed to have this toy 6 months ago, but you know you might get before the end of the year if your lucky. No apology, no we're gonna send you extra shit to make up for it. I know a lot of manufacturers do the same, but they are usually a lot more apologetic, and keen to send their customers extra stuff to make up for the fact they have been sitting pretty on $750 of your money for over a year. 3A and Coarse for example. Tiny sigh.

It kinda doesnt bother me too much, its like a saving fund. You buy something, forget you bought it, then all of a sudden its on your doorstep. Its like christmas before christmas.

nahhh, shipping a 10 Kilo package will cost you €80 (about $105) so that will be very reasonable, but i can imagine if you get it somewhere else :D If you lived in Europe it was shipped for free :D
So with the removal of the 21% TAX the stool cost €620 and about €80 shipping the total cost for an non-european customer will be €700 a.k.a. $925 a.k.a. a pretty good goddamn deal
