Issue 1 just means it's the first one in the series. The next color will be issue 2. It's a field that doesn't get used much at Rotocasted.
Oops, you're right, I got this confused with "quantity produced"... My fault, sorry!

The sculpt was by Cosmo Liquid, who did the Pushead X Kaws companion and the Pushead x Cocobat Cococroc.
