Hey Guys, I promised the people of Restore not to publicly tell the exact production amount sicne they want to keep this a mystery for everyone, all I can say is the stock will be very limited at the con. And If you know someone make sure to see the schedule for the exact release during the day

Not perfectly sure, but I would say no. This Tomenosuke version is way bloodier than the Minty one. But I'm not sure.
Edit: I saw these yesterday on the Tomenosuke site and Minty wasn't mentioned. -

The Boots and gloves look dirtier to, so maybe not. And only 3 in the quantity, guess this will be a nightmare to get hold of if it is a different edition. Damn by completist nature.

"You can get the official KEIKOTROOPER battle damaged at mintyfresh on February 1. However more severely damaged Tomenosuke custom will be released from our shop soon. Only 3 pieces were made by shop manager Enomoto-tencho (aka.Eno) who is a professional toy customizer." -

This is indeed the non official Battle Damaged version by Eno.
I love this piece, to me the blood on the helmet was the seller ;-) But if it can make you feel better Dan, it does not look good next to the OG (which suddenly look very 'plastic', cheap IMO).
Hope it will be nicer with the official Battle Damaged, I'll keep you posted in a couple of months... -

@plaStig: was your parcel insured? i mean, how the heck can a parcel be so poorly handled on the way to you and be delivered with a total destroyed toy? it's so upsetting to even read about the damage and missing parts, your guy went through.... is there any personal grief and vendetta going on between you and the post service / mail man / guys at norway customs?

Bad enough for me to send it back to where it came from. Problem didn't looked like anything that could have happen during transport.

Sounds like good marketing positioning to me. I mean, at 100$/piece and 200 units, nobody would care for those guys. But now, they are so ugly, rare and expensive you NEED one.
