Gonna be tough getting one of these. They were produced in really limited numbers (20-50 I think) and only available at Design Fest 2008 in Tokyo. The paint is done by Itokin Park's friend Shef who does the most amazing job. They are painted on the interior of the toy rather than the exterior.
There have been a couple of other rainbow colour Luchas but they were done by kaiju artist Cronic and frankly I think they were an even smaller number and the colours weren't as well blended. ...update...i was smart enough to put it in my cart, but when i want to go to the check out procedure, something written in RED pops up in japanese, which seems like a failure notice and i can't keep going :(
