Isn't that just "dark red", "wine red" or something like that?

"Puce" feels a bit too detailed when listing designer toys ;)

mmmmhh... may i dig a bit in this color topic, too??

when i click on the colorway "dark red", then only this toy pops up.

shouldn't it be listed under just "red" as base color?

i mean here are toys listed under BLUE for example, even though some are "royal blue" or "baby blue" or "aqua blue"...still they are all blue..

don't know, if this matters, but i read a comment on another toy earlier, that: "the color tag is meant to easily catalog collections by color" and this here would be a case of TOO defined color tagging for me.

    SillyK, I agree.
I think it should be narrowed down to the main or predominant colour of the toy, not by different shades. So for me this toy is red, and if I was grouping my toys this most likely would be in a red section, or brown depending on which group it suited.

agreed JEN. i am fully with you on this one! :)

@ 23SPK: the color tagging works just fine, if you keep the colors to the base or dominating color of each toy, as i explained in the comment above with the example of blue toys. i don't know how else i could explain, what i am trying to say.
