This guy is just wonderful. Super feeling about him. And the clear blue is perfect for a shark toy! If only he wasn't so damn rare :(

Unless I'm mistaken, there are actually more than 25. That was the amount sold at the Pangea Seed show. A small, unknown amount was made available on cometdebris.
