No difference. Same figure, but the one in a box is a bit more expensive because of Chris Ware's illustrations. Sort of collector's edition or so. Btw, we need more Chris Ware toys.

I've seen this guy available in a bag and a box. Any difference in the toy, or is it just different packaging?
