Ok, please help me! Another figure fell on this one, and some of its paint got on this guy. The other figure looks undamaged, but hypnotoad has several marks form the paint. How do I get rid of the marks, without damaging hypnotoad. Also, I have already tried nail polish remover and paint thiner, neither worked.

Ninja, just read your questions. Magic eraser has always been the best solution for me. Just be gentle.
