Keeps falling and falling ..and falling. Need to melt his tiny feet into prober position.

same problem here, i use a small amount of museum putty to stand on his feet.
A hair dryer perhaps or.. I use a halogen spot (gives a lot of heat). Melt the vinyl! Force it into position, keep it like that for a few days - et voilà!
