I brought it thinking it was the mini-qee, but obviously not. Now it's just thrown me completely. I'm normally pretty good with Toy2r stuff. Where's Raymond when you need him.
Before we designed the Qee figure - prodcution ideas were still focused on a mini block platform figure. This was one of a very few original 2 inch figure designed by Raymond Choy. It was one of the first forms of a Keychain Block Figure he came up with. In fact it was titled TOYER (as shown on the package) and look how much it has evolved.
As with all of Toy2R products - Raymond continued to work on the design until he finally developed the iconic Qee Figure. From there the rest is history - but this figure in question is basically how it all got started. As you can see from the line drawing on the package - the look was basic and humaniod at first but with a little work - the Qee finally came to be, paving the way for Toy2R and many other block companies to follow.
I hope that answers your question and if you have any more - do not hesitate to contact us again.
Thank you for your support and keep up the great work on your website!

Anyone help me out on this one? What is it? Is it a Qee? Is it on the collector Cards?
Its like a lego mini fig version of a Qee. It has the keychain and the logo on the chest. I'm very confused.

It is indeed an older Toy2R product.

Just opened it, I caved and wanted to put it on display.
