He came with an extra (non-wheel) arm, I guess because they tend to break when being removed from the socket. After I broke the first arm I got smart and used my wife's hairdryer to soften the vinyl. Worked like a charm. Wish I had remembered to do that to begin with. May you all learn from my mistake.
