No love for this one? It actually looks great in person. Definitly my fave out of the KR black releases (and the less said about You-Know-What the better... :p)
I had a long chat with Jeff the night before and he's pretty happy with it. He's also one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet.
I love Jeff's art – his paintings are amazing. The Seeker, his other vinyl toy released this year, was OK, but this one is... I don't dislike it, but I also don't like it. I really don't feel anything about the Deek.
I know The Deek hasen't been getting a lot of love here, especially in light of the excelent sculpt that The seeker has, but... I have to say I really like it. Yes, the sculpt has it's problems, but it's a good figure. the legs and arms are great and it has a very Soto feel overall. could Kidrobot do a better job? sure. but as one of the only Soto toys out there, I'm glad I have it.

Had a hands on with one of these on Saturday. It's OK, not great.
