The yellow version is sold out but different releases should be popping up in the future. Keep an eye on Super7, they carry the most Gargamel stuff in the US.

This particular release is an unpainted black version, exclusive to CS Toys - www.cstoysusa.com (The first release was clear red and the second one was milky white, both unpainted.)
I love his origin story - "Lonely Otaku collected one too many of the same used Super Puncher robot toys. This was unhealthy so he died and returned as a Yokai Super Puncher Robot Ghost! Now he can't buy anything." -

The toy in the picture is still the 3" though, which could be confusing. Even though they're nearly identical in design, an actual photo of the 8" would be nice.

The head pops off quite easily so you can remove the marbles with no problem.

I did not try, thanks Yardarm51 for the info.
So I could fill it with other stuff.
The marble version is not exactly the same as the clear version as it has some white paint.

You will find this with any vinyl figure, the parts are cast individually and they pop them in by hand.
