The Pelėda Series is a blind boxed series of old school wind ups, incorporating Nathan's Lithuanian folk heritage in a distinct 50's/60's product aesthetic.
Lithuanian for owl, Pelėda was the sacred bird of Giltinė, the goddess of death in Lithuanian folklore. -

I'm sure these were on here already... :S can't find them though.

Size should be 6.5" (16,5 cm).
-
it is?
-
Yes. I have one in front of me. Also, artist should be Brian Flynn & Shuji Kashimoto. Shuji made the body and Brian the head. This goes for all the Ghostroopers.

ToyPunkJan: S7 need to buy some new measuring tape. ;) Or maybe I do? :)
Misterquiche: Sure, I get it. -

Toy2r Exclusive. Shipping is bad for us in Europe. We could do a big order, and split it up.
-
How much is the shipping?
-
I think I may have to eat my words lol, just been onto the site to check shipping costs etc, and they seem to have been changed to something reasonable. Which is awesome! I better do an order tonight.
-
Are you buying from Toy2r as in qeeworld.com?
-
Sure am, you after stuff or sommit?
-
Yus, yus I am. I want to get two 2.5'' Qees, and the options for shipping were $50.00+ or $125.00+, I mean, come on, wtf?!
-
Apparently not, when I looked earlier there was a standard postage option at around $7. But I am happy to get you some bits in my order.
Twitter me your email address and I'll drop you an email so you have my details. -
14 years ago
:S :S Why the hell do I get those ridiculous options then?!
-
Apparently it's because your a girl.
but seriously, I think they must have changed it very recently, because not long ago I used to get the same crazy options as you. They must have listened to my comments on facebook! -
14 years ago
You are meanest because you have a penis. I like to rhyme.
-
Alright Lady Sovereign, did you want me to order you anything or not?
-
Yes please, but I thought you were going to start an email conversation while I decided what I wanted ordering :D
-

twittered you my email
-

$125.00 shipping for a 2.5" qee sounds pretty fair to me. I mean, they need to ship it and stuff...
-
Don't forget the stuff, thats pricey.
Seriously though there shipping is very reasonable now, I just ordered a heap of stuff. -
14 years ago
That's a shame. I prefered it when the shipping was outrageous. ;)

I just want the dead dunny head! :D
-
Yeah I'd like some head to....
-
Perv. I want to go to a Kidrobot launch party!!! :(
-
OK, I'd like a little head...
Better?
You should come to the next meet up with everyone at KRLDN, its good fun, get the other half to take you. We normally all go for dinner afterwards :) -
14 years ago
Hahah, so you'd like a slight amount of fellatio? :D
Other half? You've been reading my Twitter page haven't you? :) maybe when he eventually gets a car I'll charm him into taking me to London. Kidrobot and Playlounge... I'll have to get saving :D -
14 years ago
I don't think they sell that in KRLDN, worth a try though ;)
Don't forget Forbidden Planet, it's like the London Trilogy, KR, PL, FP all in walking distance from each other :) -
14 years ago
OMG. I'm going to have to start saving RIGHT NOW then. :D
-
Don't, I spend a fortune every time I go.
-
when is this being released?
-
On October 14th it's released in KRLA.
Don't know about KRLDN... -
yeah KRLDN doesn't think they will have it next week. then again Lard Lad still hasn't turned up there yet :P
-
Don't save?!
-
Save? Whats that? I'm confused.
-
Ah. So you weren't giving bad advice. You just don't know the meaning of saving!
-
yeah money pretty much goes through my hands like water :s
-
I definitely want to get this. it's going to make a nice addition to my small but growing Luke Chueh collection.... the dunny head was definitely a selling point for me.
I hope I will be able to grab it on KR online -
14 years ago
I just got this month's bank statement through. Painful reading. I don't know how much of it was spent on toys :/
-
ouch, I know that feeling!
-
Apparently, the price of this dunny is $60!
http://kronikle.kidrobot.com/product-preview-blood-fuzz-dunny/
I don't remember seeing this number on new 8" dunny released for at least a year. Could it be, that KR has finally listened to what their customers/fans have to say, or is it one-time slip? Time will tell... -
14 years ago
Wonder if it will be £40 in KRLDN!? In fairness it should be, I'll buy one if it is.
-
According to Kronikle: "... and retails for $60 US (£54 UK; 60€ Europe) at Kidrobot stores."
It seems that KR has their own currency conversion rates, where £1=$1.1 and 1€=$1 :) -
14 years ago
Thats so ridiculous! May se well order one from the states!
-
True that.
-
just ordered this from KR online this morning... my Luke Chueh collection is growing :)
-
I thought decapitated dunny head is gonna be simply 3" dunny head, but it's bigger than 3"-er. Seems like KR made a special mold for this head.
-
I got it and I have to say the head is the best part...all and all it's a very nice 8" dunny and my first 8" :)
-
Yeah, it's definitely a nice dunny. And for a very decent price too!
-
£55.20 on Kidrobot.eu, how do they work out their exchange rates!?!?
-
I was close when I wrote that KR exchange rates are "£1 = $1.1 and 1€=$1". According to XE.com it's It's 1€ = $1.39, but what do they know :)
-
it's typical americal brand. cheaper for americans expensive for the rest of the world. apple has same exchange rates for example. (put a rude word here)!
-
there's VAT and customs that add up to approx. 25% in the EU. so everything that cost 1$ in the US cost 1.25$ here anyway …
