It's available through Sync, Medicom's new online store/brand, I've added the link for you.
They only ship to Japan however, I'm not sure if you can find them anywhere else. -

You can search for エレガブ, but I think the auction just ended a few hours ago, it might be reinserted though, was priced at about $125. So altogether with forwarding service, it would have been pretty pricey.

You can still get it from Target Earth (until midnight Japan time today, I believe) by sending an email to shono-kikaku@m1.ffn.ne.jp. Their forwarding service is unfortunately a bit pricier, $100 plus international shipping.

I'm not sure this paint scheme was actually produced. I bought one that used the above image but actually came looking like this:

Pretty close, and still a great toy, but the colors are different. I think we should change this pic unless someone can verify that the one in the original was ever for sale. -

Yep, that's the same one. Above pic is a prototype, but it looks very different in person. Prototype is better, though. Brighter and more color contrast.

Or better yet; let's keep this one in the library but change the type to 'prototype' and add a new entry for the one you both have.
So the information stays in the library and we maybe avoid the proto being uploaded again and again.

Secret Base already had several flocked Obake Dogs, painted by Three Tides Tattoo as well, so I guess it's no big problem to paint on. I think it's pretty cool as it seems to be painted with ink or something and because of the flocking you don't see any lines done by the brush.

It could be airbrushed on.Ive airbrushed flocked models before, but I haven't seen one of these in the flesh so it's hard to tell.
It's pretty damn nice though! :) -

According to Chima Group's Twitter all of the figures have sold out (if I've understood the translation correctly). So unless they've kept a few pieces, chances are pretty small they still have one :(
