I think it's the best thing he's released since the Pinocchio, or at least since the Lazzarinis. He has history with Astro Boy so it makes sense. Colors are boring maybe.

But I agree he needs to move on from the cartoon characters and create some designs from scratch.

does astro boy usually do that with his hands? i find it odd that he chose that positioning of his hands.

Just type Astro Boy in the search field, hit enter and you'll see what Astro Boy usually does with his hands! (Be warned!! It's all kinds of nasty stuff!!!)

I really like this one. I thought the body might be the same vinyl as the brown Greasebat, but it's much darker, almost black. So there's a big contrast between the body and the arms and head, looks cool.

Adding some clarification. The brown/glow mix was released at SDCC, DTA, and DCON, all in 2012. There were 3 at SDCC, 7 at DTA, and 1 at DCON. At each event, the brown was different. It's difficult and probably unnecessary to track down a pic of each different brown, so I'm just changing the quantity to 11 and adding the info here.

Something with the proportions here. Legs seem too long and too fat, hmmm....

I like that they gave the mini its own look, not just a smaller version of the original.

Greg Mishka and L'amour Supreme are two different dudes. They intersected on the Bootleg Kaiju toy. A lot of L'amour's art and designs are featured in the Mishka store.

L'amour doesn't have a store front that I know of. He designs toys for Mishka (Bootleg) and Super7 (Mongolion) and himself (Baby Huey, MOTUKO).

Hmm, when I saw teasers of this guy I didn't expect the final to look so clean. He's supposed to be bloody. This is Bloody Meki after a bath.
