It's available through Sync, Medicom's new online store/brand, I've added the link for you.
They only ship to Japan however, I'm not sure if you can find them anywhere else. -

Looks to be the standard 'artist' issue Dan, there's always chance of a colour variant too but they don't do them on all 11 designs. Fingers crossed for you ;)
